Remember the gap between where you are and where you want to be? Now that you can fully appreciate what you have you can be more successful at stepping into what can be.

Lets say you go in for your annual physical and your doctor says I have some bad news and some good news. The bad news is you will die in exactly 10 years. The good news is your health will be good until then. You’re left with the question, what do I want to do with the one precious life that I have? Write down everything that comes to mind. Allow the question and your response to disrupt and challenge.

Now consider closing the gap between where you are and where YOU want to be. What action are you willing to commit to? What is your game plan? Picture yourself taking the steps. When developing your game plan remember to set attainable and realistic goals that you can measure. Can you commit to at least one step in the direction you would like to see for yourself?
